How to Get RED hair dye out?

I died my hair tonight and i died the ends red and then some of the actual tip of my head. I thought yeh it looked nice on the box but then i did it in my hair and it looks horrible. Is there anyway possible to get it out? using home made stuff only!! I cant afford salons and i dont want my parents to know! I cant wait for it to fade.How to Get RED hair dye out?

If its a home brought one keep washing your hair over and over again. This will fade it the quickest. Also been read it should fade quickly but end up orange depending on what you have actually done!





You may need to do a bleach wash or colour over it. Any colour can be covered by a darker colour. however you will have a reddish relfex in it but atleast its not RED! So maybe buy a brown?





Shampoo is what opens the cuticle of the hair so this is what will lift the colour off more than conditioner. Try using a deep cleanseing or purifying shampoo if possible not a colour saver!

on the side of the product box is a helpline they will tell you what to do, there is a product you can get from a good chemists [ a big Boots or hair product specialist] which costs about the same as the hair dye which will neutralise the colour.If you haven't got the box look up the company on the net good luck!

Depends if its permanet dye or not, try rubbing ashes onto it whilst damp, leave for half an hour then rinse and dry. This is dull the red colour.
Wash the hell out of it. It won't get rid of it but it will help calm it down.
