What is the BRIGHTEST red hair dye that is permanent and is extra extremely bright?

I've never seen a PERMANENT bright red haircolor...everyone I've known who's had their hair colored bright red has used a semi-permanent dye, and just re-applied every couple of weeks. In order to make it show up as a bright red, you do have to basically bleach all the color out of your hair to begin with (until it's white). Otherwise, your base color will muddy the effect.





I'd recommend going to a beauty supply store and asking them...they should be able to help you.What is the BRIGHTEST red hair dye that is permanent and is extra extremely bright?

if your skin tone is very dark as that picture on this page you don't need bright red hair. because people with a dark skin tone don't look good with bright colors in their hair
go to a store like hot toppic or a beauty supply store. You should be able to get a good one there
Cellophanes brand dye. I have only seen it at the extreme salons, but look it up on line. I did my hair magenta with it and it GLOWED. Keep in mind, this was over a permanent , level 4 blue black dye job!
