my secret tip -(try this)
fill a sink/washing basin with boiling water. the get a tub of (non bleech) stain devils and pour 2 tbsp of it in. then get those ';keep it white'; pad yolks (colour catcher things) put the shirt in and leave it soak over night if the stain does not come out use carpet clener- dont forget to scrub - good luck!How can you remove red hair dye from clothes?
consider dying the tracksuit a nice chocolate brown.
