Will Garnier Nutrisse Blonde pre-lightener lift red hair dye?

I have dyed red hair and previously had very blonde hair (also dyed) which i prefer being and so want to remove the red and re-dye blonde, I can't afford a salon.Will Garnier Nutrisse Blonde pre-lightener lift red hair dye?
don't use a pre-lightener (which is just a bleach kit with a fancy title) to get dye out of hair - bleach is intended for use on natural hair, not dyed.
