There are a ton of temporary hair DYES out there with that exact color, but you won't have any of the color show on dark hair. You will have to lighten the color in order for the red to show.





However, if you're looking for a temporary color for, say, a day or something for Halloween/parties/etc, you can try a temporary spray dye that can be found at Walgreens/any other drugstores. Nope. No matter what color you use, It won't be bright. If anything, It will just be a tint. You have to lighten dark hair for the color to take.
