Bright red hair dye would be Manic Panic. It is very good and their are no harsh chemicals so it wont ruin your hair. It does require bleaching. But their are many red color saving shampoos i got mine at walgreens and it works just fine. Ohh; and I am about to dye my mothers hair and bleach it with a Manic Panic red in an hour or so :]
go with redkin products, no Sally's or anything. you could prob buy online somewhere but if you have any friends that are stylists they can get it for you. Always was your hair in cold water and you a sun protector on your hair. I use redkin products for heat protection and for sun protection. Using higher quality poducts make huge difference.....OH YEAH and get i think its called cuticle sealer, you can get that at even bo ricks or something. after you wash your hair, seal it then condition.
Chromosilk it's semi permanent and it comes in a tube you can use developer to make it permanent





when it says to rinse it out until the water runs clear don't rinse it out but not all the way and it will last longer





however it does stain your pillow at night
I defaintally think that Revlon is such a wonderful hair dye.
